Dubai's Golden Line: A New Era of Connectivity

Dubai's ambitious infrastructure project, the Golden Line of the metro, will be a pivotal addition to the city's transit system. Expected to be completed by September 2032, the new line will cost 34 billion dirhams ($9.26 billion), according to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum's post on X.

The Golden Line will cover a span of 42 kilometers (26.1 miles) and will descend 40 meters underground. This innovative transit solution will connect 15 areas throughout the city and cater to the transport needs of 1.5 million residents, boosting accessibility and economic growth.
