In a solemn ceremony, a new house was handed over to Shah's family, an initiative championed by Shinde. More than just fulfilling a promise, this gesture was aimed at honoring Shah's sacrifice, with Shinde describing him as a beacon of national pride.

Shinde's commitment extends beyond immediate aid; he also seeks to boost tourism in the strife-hit area, promising efforts to develop it into a vibrant tourist hub. The deputy CM recalled the legacy of Bal Thackeray and emphasized Shiv Sena's commitment to support beyond political gains.
