Delhi Police Prepares Wave of Retirees for Life's Next Chapter

The Delhi Police has taken proactive steps to prepare its retiring personnel for life after service through a comprehensive two-day workshop. Held at the Delhi Police Academy headquarters, the event focused on equipping 709 attendees with essential skills for post-retirement life.

The workshop, aptly named 'Life After Retirement', covered crucial topics such as budgeting, investment strategies, and health management. Delhi Police Chief Satish Golchha, who attended the concluding session, stressed the importance of remaining physically, mentally, and socially active.

Experts at the workshop offered insights into safe financial practices and warned about scams targeting seniors. The initiative reflects the Delhi Police's commitment to ensuring smooth transitions for its personnel.
