TCS Scandal: Forcible Conversion and Harassment Allegations Unveiled

Nida Khan, an employee at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), finds herself at the center of a storm following accusations of forcible conversion and sexual harassment at the firm's Nashik unit. A senior police official revealed Khan's role in the controversy, as efforts continue to locate her.

The investigation stems from allegations involving the harassment of multiple female employees, resulting in eight arrests. The police are examining Khan and other suspects for their involvement in potentially forcing religious conversions among staff members.

Despite her recent attempt to obtain interim protection from arrest being denied, the search for Khan is ongoing. The case has prompted calls for TCS to strengthen its Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) committee by incorporating local representatives.
