An Indian national was apprehended at Bandaranaike International Airport in Sri Lanka on Tuesday, reportedly carrying over one kilogram of illicit narcotics.
The individual, aged 35, was intercepted by a joint team from Sri Lanka Customs and the Police Narcotics Bureau, as per reports from Adaderana.lk.
Authorities have yet to disclose the identity of the suspect as they continue their investigation into the drug trafficking incident.
