The Congress has launched a sharp critique against the BJP-led administration in Rajasthan, accusing it of protecting suspects involved in the gang rape of a 15-year-old Dalit girl in Ajmer.
During a press briefing, Rajendra Pal Gautam, chairman of the Congress's Scheduled Caste department, highlighted police inaction and the rising trend of atrocities against Dalits in BJP-controlled states.
He outlined unaddressed legal violations and announced an upcoming event featuring Rahul Gandhi to honor B R Ambedkar's legacy.
