A young man was killed in a tragic stabbing incident following a dispute near Haiderpur Nahar, northwest Delhi, police confirmed on Friday. The victim, Nitesh alias Nikki, a 20-year-old construction worker, was reportedly attacked by three individuals, including an 18-year-old named Karan alias Tarun.
The shocking episode, which unfolded on Thursday, saw the accused allegedly lure Nitesh from his home before fatally stabbing him multiple times. Authorities responded to a PCR call reporting a violent altercation in the Shalimar Bagh area; however, upon arrival, Nitesh was declared dead at the hospital.
Family members of the deceased are understandably seeking justice, insisting on the strongest legal repercussions against the perpetrators. A video purportedly shared by the assailants on social media evidenced a confession to the crime, underscoring personal enmity as a possible motive. The police continue to delve into the circumstances surrounding the case.
