Tensions in Ukraine: Draft Officer Stabbed Amid Mobilisation Efforts

A Ukrainian military draft officer was tragically stabbed in the neck while distributing a summons in Lviv, authorities revealed. The National Police reported that the suspect, an unidentified individual, fled the scene following the stabbing. Since his appointment in January, Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has prioritized overhauling Kyiv's mobilisation system.
