A fierce clash over a longstanding property dispute erupted in the Charwa area on Thursday, leading to a tragic loss of life and several injuries, police reported.
The incident unfolded in Bariyawan village under Charwa police jurisdiction. Ramanand was violently attacked with sharp weapons by opponents identified as Prem Kumar, Ajay Kumar, and Puneet.
Efforts to intervene by Ramanand's allies sparked a brutal confrontation. The Superintendent of Police, Satyanarayan Prajapat, confirmed that seven people sustained injuries, with one fatality, as investigations are set in motion by police.
