The accused, Avinash Rajesh Manpure, 25, supposedly exploited the victim's trust attained via Instagram to obtain her private media.
An FIR was registered under the POCSO Act after the family lodged a complaint, leading to his arrest and confinement awaiting further legal proceedings.
