The dismissed individuals hail from the Kishtwar and Anantnag districts, identified as Liyaqat Ali Bhagwan, Kousar Hussain Bhagwan, and Showkat Ahmad Zargar. Official records reveal their alleged activities include involvement with terrorist acts and membership in terrorist organizations.
Legal proceedings are underway with cases registered against them under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and other legal statutes. The chargesheets have been filed, and the cases are currently in trial, highlighting ongoing security measures in the region.
