The tragic case of a NEET aspirant's death in Bihar has taken a disturbing turn as her family receives threats linked to her mysterious demise. Authorities are intensifying their investigation after the family reported receiving ominous messages threatening the life of their son.
The young girl, around 18, was staying in a private hostel in Patna where she was found unconscious and later succumbed at a hospital. Forensic tests indicating potential sexual assault have led to widespread speculation and allegations against local police for initially suggesting suicide as the cause of death.
Responding to pressure, the Nitish Kumar government has transferred the probe to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to ensure a comprehensive investigation into the matter. Meanwhile, security has been tightened around the victim's family amidst the ongoing threat claims.
