In a controversial development, NCP (SP) leader Rohit Pawar has leveled accusations against the Maharashtra BJP regarding irregularities in the land transfer for their new headquarters in south Mumbai.
Pawar claimed the authorities ignored these violations due to the site being used for the BJP office, raising questions about administrative transparency. The foundation stone was laid by Union Home Minister Amit Shah near Churchgate railway station, stirring a political debate.
Despite refutations from Chief Minister Devendra, who assured that the land acquisition followed all legal protocols, Pawar is adamant that the public deserves clarity on the matter and has demanded a comprehensive inquiry.
