TVS Motor Company Achieves Record Revenue Growth in Q2 2025
TVS Motor Company reported a remarkable 29% revenue growth for the quarter ending September 2025, reaching Rs 11,905 Crores compared to Rs 9,228 Crores the previous year. The company also recorded its highest-ever quarterly sales of two-wheelers and three-wheelers, along with a 40% growth in operating EBITDA.

TVS Motor Company has achieved unprecedented growth, posting a record operating revenue of Rs 11,905 Crores for the quarter ending September 2025, marking a 29% increase from Rs 9,228 Crores in the same quarter last year, as disclosed in a recent stock exchange filing.
The company also reported its highest-ever Operating EBITDA of Rs 1,509 Crores, a 40% rise compared to Rs 1,080 Crores in the second quarter of 2024-25, with the EBITDA margin improving by 100 basis points to 12.7%.
TVS Motor's Profit Before Tax (PBT) grew by 37% to Rs 1,226 Crores. Despite facing a fair valuation loss of Rs 31 Crores on investments, the company experienced a significant increase in two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales, achieving a record 15.07 Lakh units in Q2 2025.
