NIIT Ltd Sees Revenue Growth Despite Profit Dip
NIIT Ltd reported an 88.4% decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 1.37 crore for Q2 FY26, despite a 15.6% rise in revenues. The company's consumer business grew by 29% and the enterprise business by 10%. Early investments are driving growth in both sectors, says CEO Pankaj Jathar.

NIIT Ltd, a leader in skills and talent development, announced a significant decline in profits for the second quarter of FY26, while revenue figures painted a more optimistic picture. The firm reported an 88.4% drop in consolidated net profit, standing at Rs 1.37 crore, compared to Rs 11.8 crore in the same period last year.
The company's revenue from operations showed a positive trend, rising by 15.6% to Rs 104.94 crore, up from Rs 90.7 crore year-on-year. Sequentially, the firm's profit saw a steep decline of 68.6%, yet revenue rose by 24.7%.
Consumer business contributions increased significantly, accounting for 33% of total revenue with a 29% growth year-on-year. Meanwhile, the enterprise segment expanded by 10%. With robust sales, product, and platform development, CEO Pankaj Jathar expressed confidence in sustained growth for the rest of the fiscal year.
