The Ministry of External Affairs reports that India and Bolivia have traditionally enjoyed a cordial relationship, with ongoing efforts to boost bilateral trade.
With the invitation extended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the summit draws state leaders, including the Prime Minister of Bhutan, Tshering Tobgay, and Brazil's President, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, among others.
