In a remarkable gesture of diplomacy and collaboration, Seychelles' newly elected President Patrick Herminie expressed his privilege in hosting India's Vice President CP Radhakrishnan. The Vice President attended Herminie's swearing-in ceremony, marking a significant chapter in the long-standing India-Seychelles relations. Highlighting the deep-rooted historical ties, Herminie recalled India's rapid recognition of Seychelles' independence and the historic visit of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi to the island nation.
