The Chhattisgarh government is taking significant steps to revolutionize healthcare by rolling out a comprehensive network of medical laboratories under the brand 'Atal Arogya Labs'. This strategy aims to improve public healthcare access across the state.

Through a partnership with HLL Lifecare Limited, a Central public sector enterprise, the initiative will commence with the inauguration of the first laboratory on April 14 in Jagdalpur. Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal is at the forefront of this endeavor to provide quality healthcare even to the most remote areas.

The network will employ a 'Hub and Spoke' model, integrating 1051 healthcare points, from state referral labs to primary health centers. The phased implementation will see district-level labs operational soon, ultimately covering all facilities with centralized monitoring to ensure efficiency.
