Tragic Fate: Marital Discord Leads to Double Suicide in Jhunjhunu

A grim incident unfolded in Jhunjhunu district as a young couple's ongoing marital discord resulted in a tragic double suicide. Police report that 25-year-old Sachin Dudwal ended his life by leaping in front of a train shortly after his wife, Bharti, aged 23, was discovered hanging at their home following a domestic dispute.

The couple, who resided in Padampura village within the Sultana police station jurisdiction, had reportedly been struggling since their marriage approximately two years ago, despite recently marking the birthday of their young son. Sachin worked as a laborer in Jaipur and reportedly returned to the city after their argument.

Upon learning of Bharti's death, Sachin posted a sorrowful message on Instagram expressing his inability to live without her before taking his own life. Local authorities, led by SHO Ravindra Singh, have secured both bodies for post-mortem examinations as part of their investigation into this heart-wrenching case.
