Tragic Love: Young Couple Found Hanging in Chhattisgarh Village

A tragic incident unfolded in Chhattisgarh's Dhamtari district when locals discovered the bodies of a young couple hanging from a tree in Mahuabahara village. The individuals have been identified as Manes Markam, aged 20, and a 17-year-old girl suspected to be his romantic partner.

Authorities were alerted to the scene after villagers reported the incident early Wednesday morning. The deceased young man was from Gendabharri village, while the girl was a resident of Mahuabahara, according to police officials.

Initial investigations suggest the couple had been in a relationship, fearing their families' disapproval, they allegedly took their own lives.
