The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology forecasts heavy snowfall from October 27-29, affecting provinces such as Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim. Several districts, including Gorkha and Manang, face risks of flooding and precipitation-related hazards.
