Chhath Puja Concludes with Usha Arghya Across India

On the final day of Chhath Puja, NDRF teams were actively deployed at the major ghats in Varanasi, Gorakhpur, and Chandauli to ensure devotees' safety. Thousands gathered to offer their prayers, marking the festival's auspicious conclusion.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to social media to extend warm wishes to people across the nation, celebrating the successful culmination of Chhath Puja. He emphasized the festival's significance, dedicated to worshipping the Sun God and Chhathi Maiya, and wished for the prosperity and well-being of all devotees involved.

Throughout the country, including in Bihar and Delhi, significant crowds assembled at riverbanks to perform Usha Arghya, the culminating ritual of Chhath Puja. Security personnel managed the festivities, ensuring harmonious celebrations, while devotees at Yamuna Ghat in Delhi and Shastri Ghat in Varanasi conducted rituals amidst illuminated surroundings.
