In a vibrant celebration of six decades of diplomatic relations, a sunflower exhibition was launched at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore. The event, inaugurated by Indian High Commissioner Dr. Shilpak Ambule, features 3,000 sunflowers and intricate models of Jaipur's historical architecture.
The exhibition, dubbed “Sunflower Surprise,” highlights cultural exchange between India and Singapore, showcasing 20 varieties of sunflowers in a vivid display. Alongside stunning floral exhibits, models of the Hawa Mahal and Amer Stepwell bring alive the rich heritage of Jaipur.
With the presence of dignitaries like Minister Indranee Rajah, the exhibition underscores the beauty and bond shared by the two nations over the years. As CEO Felix Loh notes, the sunflower perfectly symbolizes the positivity and enduring friendship between Singapore and India.
