Tragic Collision: Fatal Car Accident in Rajasthan

A devastating car accident in the Churu district of Rajasthan resulted in the deaths of three individuals and left five others seriously injured. The crash occurred late Thursday night when an SUV collided with a dumper truck on the Pilani-Sadulpur road.

The Station House Officer, Rai Singh Suthar, reported that the SUV, a Churu-registered Bolero, caught fire following the collision. The occupants were returning from a wedding in Pilani when the tragedy struck. The injured were rescued with assistance from local residents and quickly transported to a nearby hospital.

IPS officer Abhijit Patil indicated that identifying the deceased is proving difficult due to severe burns, necessitating DNA testing. In the aftermath, traffic congestion ensued, requiring a diversion of vehicles, as police commenced their investigation into the accident's cause.
