Questions of security preparedness have been raised after an incident at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's planned event in Rajasthan's Balotra district. A man named Arshad allegedly accessed the VVIP stage.
Scheduled for April 21, the visit was postponed following a fire at the HPCL Pachpadra refinery. Arshad's unauthorized entry and video recording on the stage surfaced on social media.
As a result, the local police station SHO was suspended, and investigations are underway to identify responsible personnel, according to Jodhpur Range Inspector General of Police Satyendra Singh.
