Vedanta Challenges Transparency in Adani's JAL Bid Win

Vedanta Ltd has raised concerns over the legitimacy of the evaluation process that led to Adani Enterprises being chosen over them for Jaiprakash Associates Ltd (JAL).
The senior advocate for Vedanta, Abhijeet Sinha, criticized the Committee of Creditors (CoC) for abandoning a process meant to ensure transparency and predictability.
The NCLAT has reserved its decision following hearings and requests written submissions from both parties within two days.
