Union Minister C R Patil emphasized the revolutionary impact of community-led water governance in connecting households with individual tap facilities.
The sixth 'Sujal Gram Samvad' saw the minister acknowledging water's role as life's cornerstone, linking human, livestock, and agricultural prosperity. Patil warned that disturbance in water cycles poses a threat to livelihoods, highlighting the need for collective vigilance amid water scarcity and climatic unpredictability.
