Hours after the increase in the price of commercial LPG cylinders, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s policies, attributing the increase to mishandled international relations. She stated that the West Asia conflict’s impact has been felt in India sooner than expected due to the government's decisions.
Addressing reporters during an election rally, Vadra warned of possible future challenges linked to the policies of Modi’s BJP-led NDA government. She suggested that the problems could have been mitigated with more balanced international relations, not allowing India to become overly reliant on the U.S. and Israel.
The price of commercial LPG cylinders saw a significant hike of Rs 195.50, a development linked to the escalation in global oil prices resulting from the West Asia conflict. Vadra emphasized the need to reconsider current governmental policies to prevent further issues.
