Ant Digital Technologies' 4R Full-Stack Architecture Transforming the Agent Economy
Ant Digital Technologies launched its innovative '4R Full-Stack Architecture' at the Hong Kong Web3 Festival. It aims to enhance the agent economy by providing infrastructure for identity, payments, and security. The architecture addresses current challenges and sets a foundation for AI agents to hold assets and engage in secure transactions.
At the Hong Kong Web3 Festival, Ant Digital Technologies presented its groundbreaking architectural concept, the '4R Full-Stack Architecture,' intending to advance the agent economy. This sophisticated design incorporates four layers aimed at giving AI agents a robust technical foundation, catering to identity, payment facilitation, risk management, and regulatory adherence.
During her address, CTO Dr. Yan Ying of Ant Digital Technologies spotlighted notable weaknesses in the existing agent economy infrastructure. These include execution flaws due to prompt logic issues, verifiability gaps in AI identity, obstacles in payment systems tailored for humans, and trust difficulties between unfamiliar agents.
Ant Digital's new architecture, according to Dr. Ying, necessitates a complete overhaul rather than superficial fixes. The platform introduces DT Claw in the Agentic Runtime layer to maintain control over AI executions, complemented by a native on-chain Payment Rails system to enhance security and transparency. These innovations are indicative of a transformative shift where AI begins to possess and manage transactional activities.
