The IIT (ISM) Dhanbad is gearing up for a significant two-day national research and development fair, 'IInvenTiv 2026', starting April 6. The event, inaugurated by Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar, aims to foster innovation-driven growth across sectors.
Prominent figures, including Athar Sahab of Zuari Industries and Vaishali Nigam Sinha of the ReNew Foundation, will be in attendance. The fair is set to become a crucial platform in aligning research outputs with national initiatives, speeding up the transformation from lab prototypes to market-ready solutions.
Aside from showcasing innovations, the event will include MoU signings, seed funding for startups, and industry-academia matchmaking sessions, positioning India towards self-reliance and reinforcing the 'Make in India' drive.
