Ola Electric has launched 'Hyperservice,' a major initiative aimed at bolstering its service infrastructure and technology by extending its reach to independent garages and fleet operators nationwide. The initiative enables access to Ola's genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools, and service training, significantly enhancing the availability of high-quality components.
This expansion allows customers and garages to purchase certified parts directly through the Ola Electric Customer App and website. In its first phase, key spare parts are now available online, with future phases set to introduce diagnostic tools and certification programs, fostering a fully open and accessible ecosystem.
Hyperservice forms a cornerstone of Ola's India Inside strategy, aimed at creating scalable and domestically integrated platforms for batteries, software, and service infrastructure. The move is expected to drive higher supply chain volumes and consolidate Ola's high-margin parts vertical, aligning profitability with a rapidly growing customer base.
