The Pune City Boxing Association, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Pune Central, has launched a specialized training camp for 60 young women boxers. The event, part of the 'She Can and She Will' initiative, runs from April 23 to 30 at the General Arunkumar Vaidya Stadium.

Featuring the expertise of internationally-experienced coach Shivkumar Pal, the camp offers high-quality training, sports equipment, and comprehensive nutritional guidance. By camp's end, 15 standout pugilists will advance within the 'Women Players Adoption Scheme' for year-long expert training and financial aid.

Esteemed figures like President of the Indian Boxing Council Brig. PKM Raja and Pune City Boxing Association President Avinash Bagwe are closely involved, driving efforts to empower these athletes for national and international competition.
