Realty firm SpazeOne has opened a new 15,000-square-foot coworking facility in Bengaluru, featuring 320 desks. The move is part of their strategy to tap into the booming demand for managed office spaces in South India, particularly in areas like Whitefield.
James Thomas, co-founder and Director of Marketing at SpazeOne, stated that Bengaluru is experiencing a remarkable increase in coworking infrastructure, driven by a surge in demand from GCCs, startups, and distributed teams. The company's recent launch is a testament to this trend.
SpazeOne aims to establish 10 more coworking centers across South India within this fiscal year, covering approximately 2.5 lakh square feet in total. This expansion underscores the growing appetite for flexible workspaces in high-growth corridors.
