Brigade Enterprises Ltd has unveiled plans for an expansive 39-acre township in Bengaluru, promising a revenue potential of Rs 7,200 crore. The proposed development, announced on Wednesday, marks a significant expansion within the Whitefield-Sarjapur corridor, a prime residential growth area.
The company has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an initial 8.63-acre parcel in Gunjur, facilitating the larger township development. This mixed land assembly approach combines outright purchases with joint ventures, enabling comprehensive project execution.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, highlighted the corridor's appeal due to infrastructure expansion and employment hubs. Brigade Group, established in 1986, operates in multiple cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
