Telangana Real Estate Sector Gets a Boost with New Grievance Cell
The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG-RERA) has launched a Public Grievance and Guidance Cell to enhance stakeholder engagement and strengthen grievance redressal mechanisms in real estate across the state. This initiative aims to improve awareness, compliance, and support policy formulation through feedback on emerging issues, benefiting homebuyers and realty professionals.

The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG-RERA) has introduced a Public Grievance and Guidance Cell, aiming to bolster stakeholder engagement and refine grievance handling. Launched on Thursday in collaboration with the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, it aligns with national guidelines to enhance grievance redressal systems.
TG-RERA Chairman N Satyanarayana emphasized that the Cell focuses on improving stakeholder interaction, guiding citizens on rights and responsibilities, and facilitating grievance redressal. It addresses persistent issues like communication gaps and project delays, supporting homebuyers and promoting transparency in line with the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act, 2016.
Designed as a citizen-centric platform, the Cell provides reliable information, reduces disputes, and assists in filing complaints. It aids stakeholders like promoters and agents with compliance clarity and coordination. Led by a structured team, the initiative ensures efficient operations and comprehensive stakeholder engagement across Telangana.
