Speaking on Friday, Vautrin highlighted the region's strategic importance, emphasizing non-offensive escort services for ships. The dialogue in Paris will explore these options further.
France and Britain will co-chair a pivotal meeting of approximately 40 nations, demonstrating to the United States that its close allies are prepared to help restore freedom of navigation in the Strait, a conduit for 20% of global oil and LNG flows.
