Tragic Gorge Plunge Claims Lives in Himachal Pradesh

In a tragic accident in Himachal Pradesh's Sirmaur district, two individuals lost their lives while another was critically injured when their car veered off the road and plunged into a deep gorge early Saturday morning, as reported by the police.
The victims were en route to Baddi in Solan district, having commenced their journey from Kupvi in Shimla district. The fatal incident occurred near Charna village in the Noharadhar area, situated approximately 110 kilometers from the district headquarters.
Sirmaur Superintendent of Police, Nishchit Singh Negi, confirmed the immediate fatalities of two passengers, while the driver suffered severe injuries. The crash site was promptly attended by police officials, who retrieved the deceased from the gorge and ensured the driver's transport to a hospital. An FIR has been filed, and the case remains under investigation.
