A tragic incident unfolded in North Delhi's Roop Nagar when a 60-foot iron overbridge collapsed on Tuesday morning, claiming the life of a 50-year-old homeless woman.

The victim fell into the 'nala' below as the structure gave way. Despite rapid response from rescue teams, including the Delhi Fire Service, National Disaster Response Force, and Delhi Police, she was declared dead at the site.
