Veteran politician Sharad Pawar was discharged from a Mumbai hospital on Thursday after a routine follow-up and check-up. The 85-year-old leader of the NCP (SP) was admitted on April 19 at Breach Candy Hospital.
Sources confirmed his condition is stable, assuring there are no health concerns. Despite his hospitalization, Pawar reached out to the electorate through social media.
He encouraged voters to support Sunetra Pawar in the Baramati assembly byelection. The election, caused by the untimely passing of Ajit Pawar, his nephew, in an air crash, remains pivotal for the NCP.
