Outburst Sparks Legal Action at BJP Rally in Worli

Amidst a bustling political landscape, a viral video featuring a woman's anger over a traffic jam at a BJP rally in Mumbai's Worli has incited law enforcement action. The event, which took place on Tuesday, was organized to promote the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam bill.

Authorities confirmed on Wednesday that the rally organizers faced allegations of breaching public norms, with the case officially registered at the Worli police station. This followed a heated exchange between the aggrieved woman and BJP minister Girish Mahajan, with the former questioning the rally's location and its impact on daily commuters.

Minister Mahajan later addressed the media, empathizing with the woman's situation, highlighting her urgency to tend to her child. However, he noted the influx of approximately 15,000 to 20,000 participants inevitably led to traffic congestion, despite allegations of location mismanagement.
