AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami has accused the DMK of orchestrating a plan to divide his party, a scheme he asserts was thwarted. Speaking in Salem ahead of the Assembly polls, Palaniswami launched a scathing attack on the ruling DMK's investment assertions.
The former chief minister contended that DMK president M K Stalin attempted to fracture AIADMK during his tenure as chief minister from 2016 to 2021. He criticized the DMK for dynastic and hereditary politics, claiming that Tamil Nadu's voters would end this political trend.
Addressing Stalin's claims on job creation through industrial investments, Palaniswami demanded transparency in investment data. He assured that under AIADMK's leadership, all constituencies would witness development, leveraging their alliance with the BJP at the Centre.
