Union minister Jitan Ram Manjhi asserts that the opposition's stance on the Women's Reservation Bill has angered female voters, potentially aiding the BJP in West Bengal's political landscape.

Manjhi, leader of the Hindustani Awam Morcha and NDA partner in Bihar, shared these views during a media interaction in Gaya, mentioned women's discontent after the bill, linking reservation to constituency delimitation, failed to pass in the Lok Sabha.

Accusing the opposition of making things easier for the NDA in West Bengal, Manjhi emphasized the necessity of constituency delimitation, to address constituencies with disproportionately large voter populations, thus ensuring better governance and representation.
