Concerns arise about ONM's intentions, with some critics suggesting it's a political maneuver. Nonetheless, Naveen Patnaik's BJD observed 'Prabad Purusha Divas' to celebrate Biju Patnaik's legacy with various community-focused activities across Odisha.
