A member of the BJP, Choudhary's appointment marks the first time the saffron party has secured the top political position in Bihar. He stated his desire for Guru Gobind Singh's blessings to guide Bihar and the nation towards prosperity.
Choudhary emphasized his intent to further the developmental initiatives started by former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, in cooperation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He held strategic discussions with key officials and plans to visit the residence of Jayaprakash Narayan, underscoring his commitment to regional progress.
