Palaniswami's Counterattack: AIADMK vs DMK's 'Sanghi' Allegations

In a fiery response to Chief Minister M K Stalin calling him a 'Sanghi', AIADMK chief Edappadi K Palaniswami launched a counterattack, recalling past DMK alliances with BJP figures like former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Palaniswami posed pointed questions about DMK leaders M Karunanidhi and Murasoli Maran's past political partnerships.

During an election rally, Palaniswami rejected accusations from Stalin that the AIADMK carried 'bloodstains' from CAA protest violence. Instead, he targeted the DMK regime by pointing to a significant number of POCSO Act cases, alleging that women and children remain unsafe in the current governance.

Palaniswami also made bold promises for the AIADMK's return to power, including welfare payments and measures to combat the drug menace. He highlighted cultural pride by pledging support to the iconic sport of Jallikattu. With significant backing from allies, AIADMK aims to dethrone the 'failure model' administration of the DMK.
