BJP MP Basavaraj Bommai has stirred the political pot in Karnataka, predicting a tumultuous power struggle for the Chief Minister's position. He claims that the ruling Congress's internal conflict is momentarily paused due to impending bypolls but warns of an impending 'political wrestling' come May.
Bommai accuses the Congress government of widespread corruption, stating there is a contentious race among government officials to maximize their gains. He argues that despite assertions of stability from Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, the administration's alleged failure to utilize Rs 15,000 crore from the budget contradicts these claims.
As by-elections approach for the Bagalkot and Davanagere South constituencies on April 9, Bommai encourages voters to bring about change and avert what he describes as an 'evil Congress government' by supporting BJP candidates, thus setting the stage for a pro-people government in 2028.
