The Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) has launched its ambitious manifesto for the April 23 Assembly elections, proposing the creation of five capital cities in Tamil Nadu. NTK's chief coordinator Seeman highlighted an approach focused on balanced growth across different regions.
The manifesto, over 400 pages long, outlines plans to designate Chennai as the technological capital, Coimbatore as an industrial hub, Madurai as the cultural center, Kanyakumari for philosophy, and Tiruchirappalli for the state secretariat. Seeman asserted his commitment to these changes as part of NTK's development vision.
Seeman made bold statements against freebie culture, stating that it leads to economic issues and instead emphasized job creation over handouts such as gold. He assured voters of his party’s dedication to providing free education, healthcare, and water while dismissing rival claims of offering free services.
