Naraingarh MLA Shally Chaudhary, Sadhaura MLA Renu Bala, Punhana MLA Mohammad Illyas, and Hathin MLA Mohammad Israil have been identified as the legislators involved. The Congress alleges that their votes were cast contrary to instructions, resulting in their invalidity and a significant breach of party discipline.
