VHP Demands Review Amid Rise in Targeted Attacks on Hindus in Delhi

In response to a perceived rise in targeted attacks on Hindus in Delhi, the VHP has urged for a high-level review meeting involving both Central and Delhi government officials. The organization is calling for immediate action against what they describe as 'radical networks'.

VHP Delhi unit secretary, Surendra Gupta, emphasized the urgency of addressing the issue, pointing to recent concerning incidents and suggesting a conspiracy might be at play. Gupta demands a comprehensive investigation, highlighting crime 'hotspots' identified over the last two to three years.

The VHP proposes the creation of a special task force and fast-track courts for rapid justice. Further, they plan to introduce a helpline and mobile application for public reporting and volunteer mobilization. Gupta also advocates for surveillance measures and stronger community policing.
