Brazil is set to unveil new strategies aimed at mitigating the economic fallout from the ongoing U.S.-Israeli conflict involving Iran. Institutional Relations Minister Jose Guimaraes revealed these plans on Thursday, emphasizing that the forthcoming package will address the anticipated rise in gasoline prices.

During a press briefing in Brasilia, Guimaraes confirmed the discussions underway at the Finance Ministry concerning the potential impact on fuel prices, alongside other economic challenges arising from the situation.

While the government anticipates a conflict duration of up to two months, Guimaraes acknowledged uncertainties about the broader economic repercussions and underscored the need for preparedness.
